Dannii will still watch X Factor
Dannii Minogue has revealed that she will still watch this year's The X Factor. The 39-year-old Australian TV personality, who quit as a judge on the reality television series recently, said that she still thinks that the show is great and she will always be a "fan" of it.The Sun quotes Minogue as saying: "The X Factor is brilliant and I've been the biggest fan since the first series. This year I will be watching the show from wherever I am. Can I still dress up at home?"
TV executives blamed the changes in the judging panel on a schedule clash, but industry insiders have claimed that they could have changed the dates to fit in with Minogue's busy diary.
The singer has said that she has been "moved" and filled with "joy" by the "kind messages of love and support" that fans have left her since the announcement, but insisted that she is not "furious, upset or livid" about the situation.
Minogue will be replaced by 22-year-old N-Dubz star Tulisa Contostavlos. It was recently reported that Gary Barlow has replaced Simon Cowell in the show, while the fourth judge is rumoured to be Destiny's Child singer Kelly Rowland.
Cowell reportedly called an emergency meeting this week to deal with the "mess" caused by Minogue's departure and his and Cheryl Cole's defection to the US version of the show.
